You will need to be able to have video capability for this service, and a good connection. Booking this service will automatically create a link to connect in a zoom meeting, but we are not restricted to only connecting through zoom. We, also, use Google Duo and Marco Polo for video communications. Duo gives a live video call connection. Marco Polo will allow us to exchange video messages, which can be very delightful, because it allows both you and us to communicate at our convenience. You can send a Marco now or anytime. We may be able to view your message live, but if we are busy, we can respond as we have the capacity. And, you in turn, have the same opportunity to communicate at your own pace.
